The color and sex of the puppy you would like to have, and which litter you are interested in.

Tell us about the dogs you have now and how many. Also, have you ever had a cocker spaniel? If so, Why?

Have you ever had a dog that you needed to find a new home for? Any that need to be given to the SPCA or local agency? If so, Why?

Is there someone home during the day to care for your new puppy? If not, how many hours would he be alone?

Please explain the plans you have for your new puppy? (Family pet, breeding, or showing) Do you plan on having your puppy spayed or neutered?

We will need 3 references. Please include in this list... the person's name, their relationship to you, and their phone number including area code. We will need your Vet's name and phone number as well. (We ask that you please inform your references that we will be contacting them as well as giving your vet permission to release information to us.)

Do you own your own home or rent? If you rent, we will need permission from the Landlord.

Do you have children? If so, what ages are they?

Cocker Spaniel's require special attention as to their needs with grooming and ear care. Do you need more information on this care?

Will your new puppy/dog be living primarily outside or inside? Please tell us a little about his/her new living arraignments.

When your puppy is outdoors will he/she be in a fenced in area, on a tie out, loose, or on a walking lead.

How did you hear about us?

Do you want to be on the first available puppy list? Meaning you want a healthy, sweet natured puppy but your not as fussy about color or sex. You are open to whatever is born or do you want a specific color and sex? Meaning that you want to be sure your getting a certain color, certain markings, and/or your wanting a certain sex. If you are choosing a specific thing your wait time will be longer than choosing first available. The more detailed about what your looking for the longer the wait time could be.

When it is your turn to pick a puppy, would you like to be notified with the arrival of each litter or would you like to be notified when we have the color, and sex your looking for?
